We'll serve a special 4-course dinner honoring our Dads. Then we'll visit the goats & return to the atrium for coffee & dessert.
Event Details
Spend the afternoon on our farm and we'll serve you a fine meal prepared by Chef Gwen Higgins, with seasonal and local food. We'll start with a tasting of our award-winning goat cheeses and lime spritzer. Then follow with a salad topped with aged Silk Hope cheese, flank steak, smashed potatoes, green beans, homemade focaccia and Black Forest cake. Review the menu below for details. You are welcome to bring the wine or beer of your choice.
After dinner, we'll stroll down to the barn where you'll get a tour of our dairy and the chance to meet our herd of Alpine goats, including the very sociable and enthusiastic spring kids!
From there we will return to the inn's atrium for dessert and coffee.
