Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant is the realization of the dream of Jesus and Maria which began in 1989 when Jesus, feeling confident and capable heard about Winston-Salem. Upon finding an available location, Jesus and Maria risked their savings and available resources in the project. With unshakable faith in themselves, in their knowledge about the business and willingness to work hard and long, opened Mi Pueblo Mexican Restaurant on Oakwood Dr. in Winston- Salem.

Mainly due to the high quality of the ingredients used, prepared in a flavored manner, optimum sanitary conditions, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices, the restaurant was a great success and eventually other restaurants followed.
