Caroline Layne will generally reject your personalization if it contains any of the following: Profanity Content that incites violence Insulting or discriminatory content Inappropriate slang Content that violates another party's trademark or intellectual property rights (may include words, phrases, celebrity names, professional sports teams, etc.) Caroline Layne reserves the right to reject any personalization for any reason. Even if your personalization is not flagged by our system, it can still be rejected upon further evaluation. We do not issue refunds on personalized items.
